As a Valet Greeter at Hotel del Coronado, you play a critical role in delivering the warm and memorable hospitality that defines the Hilton experience. The valet role requires you to ensure the safe and efficient transport of guest vehicles between the hotel driveway and designated parking areas. You will collect keys, issue claim tickets, and handle guest belongings with meticulous care, assisting with luggage and retrieving items from vehicles upon request.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to perform duties requiring standing and walking for extended periods
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • ability to handle guest interactions with discretion and tact

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in valet parking or guest service preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong customer service orientation
  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • physical ability to walk, stand, and lift luggage as required

Job Duties

  • support seamless arrivals and departures by collecting keys issuing claim tickets and transporting guest vehicles safely and efficiently
  • handle guest belongings with care assisting with luggage and retrieving items from vehicles upon request
  • delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • maintain a clean and organized valet area to ensure safety and operational efficiency
