Their innovative approach allows drivers to simply "drive in and drive out," making parking more efficient, convenient, and hassle-free.
SP+ stands as the largest parking network in America, employing over 23,000 professionals across more than 4,000 locations in North America and Europe. The company’s vision is to reinvent parking, recognizing its critical role in daily life and its broad impact on communities and businesses alike. By leveraging AI-driven solutions, SP+ aims to create smarter, faster, and more accessible parking facilities. Their commitment extends beyond parking, as they strive to power checkout-free experiences across various everyday activities, ultimately helping people reclaim their most valuable asset: time.
The Valet Greeter role at SP+ presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals eager to start or advance their careers within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. This position is integral to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining smooth operations at parking facilities. Valet Greeters welcome guests with warm smiles, assist with luggage and vehicle entry, and ensure customers feel valued and well-informed regarding valet services and rates.
As a Valet Greeter, you will work closely with a knowledgeable and supportive team that prioritizes your success and growth. Many of these team members began their careers in valet positions, reflecting the potential for career progression within the company. This role is not only customer-facing but also pivotal in ensuring safety, efficiency, and professionalism at the valet entrance.
The position requires individuals who are punctual, presentable, and enthusiastic about assisting guests. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, issuing claim checks, inspecting vehicles, monitoring for any suspicious activity, and communicating effectively with drivers, coworkers, and supervisors. Additionally, employees are expected to maintain cleanliness around the work area and assist in vehicle movement to keep traffic flowing smoothly. This job can be a foundational step toward a rewarding career path in the parking and mobility industry, within a company that values diversity, inclusion, and innovation.
SP+ offers hourly compensation starting at $16.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, various insurance options, a 401k retirement plan, and paid time off. The company is committed to providing an inclusive work environment that fosters growth, safety, and respect for all employees.
