The Valet position at Ace Parking is vital for enhancing the guest experience while supporting the company’s dedication to accountability, communication, family, exceptional service, and profitability. This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging between $22.00 and $24.00 and seeks individuals who can embody these values in their everyday actions. A Valet at Ace Parking is not just responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles safely but also for ensuring the overall satisfaction and safety of guests. This includes securely handling vehicle keys, maintaining parking lot cleanliness, communicating policies and procedures effectively, and offering a professional and warm first impression to every visitor.
Beyond the core job functions, the valet contributes significantly to team cohesion by fostering a supportive work environment and assisting colleagues during busy periods. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as valets are often the first point of contact for guests. The position demands a reliable, friendly demeanor and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Physical capability to move swiftly and manage loads up to 50 pounds is also required. Previous experience in valet or customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Duties
- Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles following company policies and procedures
- Ensure keys are securely stored
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression
- Effectively communicate parking procedures and fees to guests
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Coordinate with fellow team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, treating colleagues as an extension of your work family
- Assist team members during peak times or when needed, promoting unity within the department
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly assisting guests with parking needs
- Exhibit a friendly and courteous demeanor, always willing to go the extra mile to meet guest expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding areas, including clearing debris or trash
- Provide additional customer service assistance as needed, such as carrying bags or providing directions
- Maximize revenue by efficiently managing parking spaces and ensuring fees are collected accurately
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime
