Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
  • Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Successfully pass a background and driving record check
  • Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and welcome them appropriately
  • Explain valet service prices and car retrieval procedures clearly
  • Open doors and assist guests with luggage
  • Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and entertainment
  • Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
  • Fill out valet tickets accurately and conduct vehicle damage checks
  • Retrieve and park vehicles swiftly and safely
  • Maintain secure and organized key management
  • Keep a clean, professional appearance and uphold uniform standards
  • Ensure valet area cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate effectively with hotel staff for smooth operations
  • Communicate with colleagues to coordinate valet services
  • Support team during busy periods and special events
  • Adhere to all safety protocols for guest and vehicle security
  • Report any accidents or incidents to supervisors promptly
  • Conduct routine inspections of valet equipment and area
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional service
