Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a proper manner
- Explain prices and car retrieval procedure clearly to guests
- Open hotel doors for guests and assist with luggage
- Offer information about services, facilities, points of interest, and attractions
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- Fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check
- Retrieve and park vehicles quickly and efficiently
- Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
- Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- Ensure valet area is clean, organized, and inviting
- Work closely with hotel staff for smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate operations
- Support team members during busy periods or special events
- Follow all safety protocols and report incidents to supervisor
- Perform routine inspections of valet area and equipment
- Maintain a positive attitude with passion for exceptional service
- Ensure impeccable grooming reflecting company standards
- Go above and beyond to assist guests and exceed expectations
