Job Duties
- Welcome every arriving guest with enthusiasm and a genuine smile
- Assist guests with luggage promptly upon arrival to their rooms and upon checkout
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide a helpful overview of hotel amenities and general information
- Arrange transportation and provide knowledgeable recommendations on local events, dining, entertainment, and attractions
- Assist departing guests by bringing luggage to the curb and ensuring their transportation is ready
- Deliver items and packages to guest rooms as needed
- Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment between housekeeping runs
- Keep the white zone clear and accessible for guest arrivals and emergencies at all times
- Serve as a resource for guests when the Concierge and Front Desk are unavailable
- Function as a doorperson as needed
