The Valet / Bell Attendant position at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Seattle is a vital full-time role designed to enhance the guest experience from arrival to departure. Paying $21.30 per hour plus tips, this role serves as the first point of contact and the last farewell for guests, embodying the warm, professional, and personalized service that Kimpton is known for. The position involves greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms while providing useful information about hotel amenities, and arranging transportation. Job Duties

  • Welcome every arriving guest with enthusiasm and a genuine smile
  • Assist guests with luggage promptly upon arrival to their rooms and upon checkout
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide a helpful overview of hotel amenities and general information
  • Arrange transportation and provide knowledgeable recommendations on local events, dining, entertainment, and attractions
  • Assist departing guests by bringing luggage to the curb and ensuring their transportation is ready
  • Deliver items and packages to guest rooms as needed
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment between housekeeping runs
  • Keep the white zone clear and accessible for guest arrivals and emergencies at all times
  • Serve as a resource for guests when the Concierge and Front Desk are unavailable
  • Function as a doorperson as needed
