Job Description

Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company dedicated to creating exceptional and memorable experiences for millions of patients, visitors, and guests across various locations. With a strong focus on customer service and creating smiles, Towne Park has established itself as a respected name in the hospitality industry. Their commitment goes beyond mere job functions – they strive to make a real impact by delivering compassionate and attentive service that helps ease the anxiety of patients and their families, offers memorable experiences to guests, and supports their colleagues in a meaningful way. This philosophy creates a rewarding work environment where every team member contributes to brightening someone else's day. Towne Park promotes a culture where employees feel appreciated and motivated to bring their best selves to work, reflecting in the quality of service they provide.

The company is currently hiring for the position of Guest Service Associate, a role integral to the overall guest experience. This position offers competitive compensation with an hourly base pay of $19.29 plus tips, providing a fair and commensurate salary based on specific skills, experience, education, training, and location. Towne Park offers flexible work schedules across all shifts, including overnight options, accommodating a diverse range of availability needs.

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services by attentively, efficiently, and professionally assisting guests. This includes parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly, providing assistance with bell services and luggage handling where applicable, and ensuring guests feel welcomed at all times. Additionally, associates guide guests with directions, taxi arrangements, and other inquiries, helping them navigate the facility’s amenities and the surrounding area’s attractions.

This role requires maintaining high standards of service by greeting guests warmly within five feet, using their last names during interactions, and communicating with courtesy and professionalism on the phone. The associate also manages key ticket systems, parking rate explanations, vehicle retrieval procedures, and revenue collection associated with guest vehicles. The position involves a balance of customer-facing duties, operational tasks, and effective communication, requiring diligence and a strong sense of responsibility.

Employees in this role may be eligible for a range of benefits, such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and participation in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification, duration of employment, and hours worked. However, seasonal and temporary roles are excluded from these benefit programs.

Working at Towne Park involves physical demands and varying environmental conditions, including outdoor work in extreme weather, frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting of heavy objects up to 100 pounds. The job may require travel of up to 5%, and reasonable accommodations can be made to support individuals with disabilities. The role is well suited for individuals who are service-oriented, enjoy assisting others, and seek a dynamic employment opportunity within the hospitality industry where their work has tangible positive impacts on guests and colleagues alike.
