Job Description
Towne Park is a distinguished hospitality services company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences that create smiles and foster positive impacts on millions of patients, visitors, and guests daily. With a mission centered on compassion and excellence, Towne Park specializes in providing hospitality solutions that ease anxieties and enrich the experiences of those they serve, whether guests arriving in a new city, patients and their families, or fellow team members. Recognized for its commitment to making meaningful contributions in the hospitality industry, Towne Park operates with a focus on professionalism, friendliness, safety, and efficiency to ensure hospitality that stands out in the market.
The role of Guest Service Associate is an integral position within Towne Park, offering a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and hospitality. This position requires offering attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests, ensuring that their experience from arrival to departure is seamless and memorable. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage handling where applicable, and providing helpful information about the venue and local attractions. This role demands a personable approach, with associates expected to maintain a professional demeanor, greet guests courteously, and use guest names to create a personalized experience. Scheduled with open availability from Monday through Friday, this position offers competitive pay ranging from $15 to $17 per hour plus daily cash tips. Towne Park also provides eligible employees with access to a comprehensive benefits package including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan, depending on job classification and length of employment.
In this role, Guest Service Associates must be adept at multitasking — managing parking logistics, assisting guests with various needs, and communicating effectively with both guests and colleagues. Safety is paramount, and associates are expected to drive cautiously and perform vehicle-related tasks such as opening doors and explaining parking procedures clearly. Other responsibilities include handling cash transactions related to parking services, maintaining ticket information meticulously, and supporting guest comfort through bell services and luggage storage. The position also demands physical stamina and the ability to adapt to outdoor work environments involving various weather conditions. Overall, this career opportunity at Towne Park is designed for individuals who seek to make a tangible impact through superior hospitality services while embracing a dynamic and supportive work culture.
