Focusing on a balance of comfort and convenience, Surety Hotel provides a range of amenities to accommodate travelers, business visitors, and tourists alike. The hotel's service-oriented culture is built on principles of integrity, respect, and attentiveness, ensuring every guest interaction is memorable and positive. Employees at Surety Hotel are supported with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within the hospitality industry.
The Valet Driver position at Surety Hotel offers an exciting role where individuals can engage with guests directly, providing valuable assistance with parking and vehicle retrieval in a prompt, safe, and courteous manner. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, and employees receive cash tips daily, making it a financially rewarding opportunity. Both full- and part-time positions are available, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage extended to all eligible employees.
This role requires someone who is attentive, courteous, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience is not necessary, a valid driver’s license and a willingness to work morning shifts are preferred. The Valet Driver is responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles carefully, assisting guests with luggage when necessary, and ensuring the overall guest experience begins and ends on a positive note. Beyond driving responsibilities, the role involves direct guest interaction, making excellent customer service skills crucial. The ability to follow established procedures, maintain vehicle safety, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism contributes to the smooth operation of the service.
In addition to the hands-on duties, valet drivers at Surety Hotel play a vital role in representing the establishment’s brand and commitment to hospitality excellence. The position offers a supportive work environment where employees learn skills in vehicle handling, communication, and guest relations. Towne Park emphasizes the importance of safety and professionalism, providing training and guidelines to uphold high standards in all interactions and operations. Employees have the opportunity to enroll in accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan, enhancing the role's overall value.
The work schedule is flexible, covering weekdays, weekends, holidays, and all shifts, although morning shifts are preferred to meet the needs of the hotel’s operational hours. The Valet Driver must be physically capable of managing the demands of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting luggage, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. The role also allows a small amount of travel, approximately 5%, as necessary.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have a passion for providing excellent customer service, and want to contribute to a positive guest experience. The supportive culture at Surety Hotel and Towne Park benefits make this an attractive role for those seeking to build a career in hospitality or customer service.
