The company operates in the hospitality sector, specializing in valet and guest services mostly in hotel and healthcare environments, emphasizing safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
The Valet Driver role at Surety Hotel in Des Moines, offered by Towne Park, comes with competitive compensation starting at $18 to $20 per hour plus daily cash tips. The role is physically demanding, involving outdoor work under various weather conditions and the occasional need to lift heavy items. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving vehicles, including manual transmissions and performing parking maneuvers such as parallel parking.
Working within a team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of ticketing information for each vehicle, handling payments related to parking when necessary, and providing detailed assistance to guests who require support with directions, reservations, and other inquiries.
