Job Requirements
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Have high school diploma or GED
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely
- Be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends and all shifts
- No prior experience needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state or within commutable distance
- One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal services principles and processes
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Ability to perform basic math operations including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing money values
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one or small group settings
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
- Post in designated areas when not completing tasks
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries
- Provide information about facility amenities and local attractions
- Deliver messages, items and guest amenities as requested
- Shuttle guests to approved locations
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
- Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys
- Collect claim checks prior to issuing keys
- Complete and maintain ticket and vehicle information including damage surveys
- Calculate and collect revenue when needed
