Towne Park is currently hiring Hospital Valet Drivers to work at OSU Wexner Medical Center's Main Campus. This crucial role involves delivering outstanding hospitality services with a focus on attentiveness, friendliness, and efficiency. Starting pay is $15 per hour plus tips and per-vehicle bonuses, with schedules available for weekday mid shifts, second shifts, and overnight shifts. Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with all guests co-workers and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using their last names
- Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
- Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Assist guests with directions taxis reservations and other inquiries
- Provide guests with information about facility amenities and local attractions
- Deliver messages items and guest amenities as requested
- Shuttle guests to approved locations
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures upon guest arrival
- Issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys
- Collect claim checks before issuing keys
- Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag guest folio location of vehicle damage survey and claim check receipt
- Calculate and collect revenue when needed
