Job Description
Towne Park is a leading provider of valet and parking management services known for its commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. With years of experience in the industry, Towne Park delivers convenient, efficient, and professional parking solutions across various locations including hotels, airports, and event venues. The company prides itself on creating memorable guest experiences while ensuring the smooth and safe operation of parking facilities. Both seasoned professionals and newcomers can find rewarding opportunities to grow within the company. Employment with Towne Park includes competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment fostering respect and teamwork.
The position of Valet Driver at Guest House @ Graceland is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing outstanding hospitality services in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. This role involves greeting guests warmly, parking and retrieving vehicles cautiously and promptly, and assisting with luggage as needed. Valet Drivers at this location receive potential pay ranging from $18 to $25 per hour, with the added benefit of receiving cash tips daily. This hourly pay is competitive and reflects the company’s dedication to rewarding excellent service. The position offers part-time hours primarily from Friday through Sunday during the first shift, with open availability preferred for scheduling flexibility. Additionally, the role includes access to a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, and vision coverage available to all employees. This includes enrollment in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan.
Valet Drivers at Guest House @ Graceland play a crucial role in shaping first impressions for guests by maintaining a professional, friendly, and attentive demeanor at all times. Responsibilities include using courteous greetings, assisting with luggage, providing directions and information about the hotel and surrounding area, and carefully managing the safe parking and retrieval of vehicles using established procedures. The role requires the ability to work efficiently while prioritizing safety and exceptional service standards. Candidates do not need prior experience, as training will be provided, although a valid driver’s license is mandatory. The ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and perform parallel parking is highly desirable. Intellectual skills such as basic arithmetic and the ability to comprehend and follow instructions are essential to this role. Because much of the work is performed outdoors, employees must be prepared to work under varying weather conditions and meet the physical demands of the job, which include lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and standing or walking for extended periods.
Overall, this role offers a rewarding chance for individuals to join a respected company with competitive compensation, valuable benefits, and personal and professional growth opportunities. Joining Towne Park’s team at Guest House @ Graceland means becoming part of an organization dedicated to excellence in guest service and operational success.
