At Towne Park, a career is more than just a job; it is a chance to make a difference. This commitment to customer service is embodied in every aspect of the company’s operations and is reflected in its dedication to employee growth and satisfaction.
The Valet Driver role at Towne Park, specifically at the Blackwell Inn in Columbus, offers a dynamic position with a starting pay range of $15 to $18 per hour, including cash tips. No prior experience is necessary, as Towne Park values dedication, a friendly attitude, and a willingness to learn. The position includes a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, providing flexibility for full-time or part-time employment. The work schedule accommodates diverse lifestyles and commitments, allowing employees to balance work and life effectively.
This role requires providing exemplary hospitality services by greeting guests warmly, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, and answering inquiries about the property and nearby attractions. The Valet Driver is expected to uphold Towne Park’s standards of professionalism with a friendly and attentive demeanor at all times, ensuring each guest interaction is memorable. Key responsibilities include issuing claim checks, maintaining accurate vehicle information, handling parking revenues, and driving with caution while providing bell service assistance.
Towne Park also offers comprehensive benefits designed to support the well-being and future of its employees. Benefits include access to medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance. The company also provides telemedicine benefits and opportunities to participate in a 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility is based on job classification, hours worked, and length of employment.
