Additional benefits like accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k retirement savings plan are available based on job classification and eligibility. The company values safety and maintains high standards to ensure employees work comfortably in all weather conditions, expects careful vehicle handling, and encourages a collaborative team environment.
