Job Duties

  • Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members

  • runs for all pick-ups from the Valet lot in accordance with established safety guidelines
  • parks vehicles in designated areas then accurately records location on Valet receipt

  • promptly clears valet drop-off area
  • presents a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance wearing designated uniform
  • ensures maximum level of customer service and satisfaction
  • maintains accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records
  • maintains working knowledge of company facilities and special events to advise customers and Team Members
  • drives shuttle van within license limits
  • assists at Bell Desk if needed
