Their mission centers around easing anxieties for patients and their families, enhancing visitor experiences in new cities, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for their employees. The company prides itself on its dedication to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt services to meet the specific needs of each client and location.
A career at Towne Park means more than just a job; it is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the daily lives of millions of guests and visitors. The company fosters a positive workplace culture where employees are valued and recognized for their efforts to brighten the days of the guests they serve. Every team member plays a crucial role in upholding the company’s reputation for excellence and creating memorable experiences that leave lasting impressions.
The Guest Service Associate position offers a rewarding employment opportunity with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $17 per hour, complemented by daily cash tips. This role is structured as a weekday, Monday through Friday schedule with shifts available from 6 am to 2 pm, 7 am to 3 pm, and 9 am to 5 pm, providing a balance of work and personal life without weekend obligations. The position emphasizes safety, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills as key components of daily responsibilities.
In this role, Guest Service Associates serve as the face of Towne Park, ensuring that guests receive timely and courteous services including parking and retrieval of vehicles, assistance with luggage, and providing directions or information about local amenities and attractions. Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, Associates greet guests personally, use their names when possible, and manage parking operations including handling claim checks and handling revenue collection. The role also requires adherence to safety protocols, meticulous record-keeping of vehicle details and guest interactions, as well as responsiveness to guest inquiries and special requests.
Towne Park supports its employees by offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes various insurance options such as accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity plans, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan. Benefits eligibility is dependent on employment classification, duration of employment, and hours worked, reflecting Towne Park’s commitment to the well-being and future security of its workforce. The company also provides reasonable accommodations to empower individuals with disabilities to perform their job functions effectively.
The physical nature of the Guest Service Associate role involves working outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, and requires the ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, running, stooping, kneeling, and climbing stairs. The position demands high standards of communication, numeracy, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused service orientation. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic work environment where their efforts directly enhance the guest experience and where a strong commitment to service excellence is rewarded and celebrated.
