Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is a family-owned hospitality company renowned for its African-inspired resorts that feature America’s Largest Indoor Waterparks, luxurious spas, world-class dining, and cutting-edge convention centers. Known for creating unforgettable vacation experiences, Kalahari Resorts offers guests a unique blend of thrilling entertainment and exceptional service, all within an immersive, themed resort environment. With locations spanning Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin; Sandusky, Ohio; Pocono Manor, Pennsylvania; Round Rock, Texas; and Spotsylvania County, Virginia, Kalahari caters to families, business travelers, and groups seeking memorable stays that combine comfort, excitement, and top-tier amenities.
The company is grounded in its core value and Promise to "Lead with Love," emphasizing deep care and respect for guests, staff, and communities. This commitment extends beyond hospitality to global social responsibility, including a partnership with charity: water to provide clean water to one million people in Africa, reflecting the brand's dedication to making a positive impact worldwide.
The role of Valet Driver at Kalahari Resorts is a full-time position responsible for ensuring that guests receive a warm, courteous, and efficient welcome upon arrival. Valet Drivers are pivotal in shaping the first impression of the resort experience by professionally managing all aspects of guest vehicle parking and safety. The position demands attentiveness and a guest-oriented approach, ensuring vehicles are handled with care while providing assistance with guest luggage and transport needs within the resort.
Valet Drivers at Kalahari Resorts are expected to embody the company’s leadership culture by supporting fellow associates and enhancing the overall guest experience. This includes greeting guests, opening vehicle and hotel doors, assisting with luggage carts, and providing information about local attractions, events, and resort activities. Valet Drivers collaborate closely with the resort’s leadership team, demonstrating the core value of "Leading with Love" by exhibiting kindness, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.
The role offers opportunities for career growth within a company that values promotion from within and encourages personal and professional development. Kalahari Resorts also provides a competitive benefits package that fosters associate well-being and engagement, including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as employee discounts and appreciation events. This position offers not just a job but a chance to be part of a recognized industry leader, honored as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers and acclaimed for its exceptional indoor waterpark facilities.
Ideal candidates will have experience operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles and possess a valid driver’s license acceptable under Kalahari Resorts insurance policies. Preference is given to those with experience in hotels, resorts, or related hospitality fields who can deliver friendly, efficient service and consistently represent Kalahari’s brand promise of exceeding guest expectations. This position is best suited for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment and share the company’s values of community, care, and excellence.
