The Valet Driver position at Aramark, specifically stationed at The Methodist Hospital, demands individuals who align with Aramark's ICARE values and uphold the highest standards of service consistent with company policies. As a Valet Driver, the individual will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving vehicles with great care and precision, ensuring each vehicle remains in the condition entrusted to Aramark. The position requires strict adherence to valet policies and procedures, state driving laws, and safety regulations, including conducting meticulous vehicle inspections upon receiving each car. Accountability is paramount, as all vehicles, keys, and assigned keycards must be secured in accordance with both Aramark and hospital security standards. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized valet environment, presenting a professional appearance in alignment with hospital dress codes, and fostering positive communication and relationships with guests, patients, staff, and leadership.
This role is physically demanding, necessitating capabilities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Additionally, employees may be required to wear uniforms and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as part of their daily responsibilities. The position demands punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Previous experience as a driver preferred
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing
- Willingness to wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Safely parks and retrieves customer vehicles while maintaining each vehicle in the same condition entrusted to our care
- Follows all valet policies and procedures, as well as state driving and safety regulations, including conducting detailed vehicle inspections upon receipt
- Ensures all valet vehicles and keys are secured at all times in accordance with company and hospital security procedures
- Utilizes assigned keycards solely for authorized valet operations and customer vehicle parking activities while on duty
- Maintains consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliability in accordance with departmental expectations
- Maintains a neat, clean, and professional appearance while adhering to departmental and hospital dress code standards
- Keeps all assigned loading, parking, and valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Promotes positive interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships through professional communication and conduct with guests, patients, visitors, staff, and leadership
