The Guest Service Associate plays a vital role in the Towne Park team by creating positive impressions and ensuring the smooth and safe operation of vehicle parking services. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, using their last names during interactions to personalize service, and maintaining a courteous and professional attitude at all times. Associates assist guests with directions, shuttle services, and inquiries about local amenities, contributing to a welcoming and helpful environment. They are also tasked with ensuring that all parking documentation is accurately completed, explaining rates and retrieval procedures, and managing payments when necessary.
This role demands attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under specific operational guidelines.
