We are currently seeking a full-time Valet Driver to join our esteemed Hospitality team. This role is integral in creating the first and last impressions of our community. As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for welcoming residents, family members, guests, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Your duties will include safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage and mobility aids, maintaining traffic flow, and ensuring the valet area is organized and secure. This position plays a pivotal role in contributing to the high standards of service and hospitality that The Variel upholds.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely. You will be expected to maintain key control procedures and valet ticketing processes accurately to ensure smooth operations. In addition, the role involves monitoring parking areas and reporting any accidents, damages, or security concerns promptly. Job Duties
- Greet residents, family members, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
- open vehicle and community doors for residents and visitors
- assist with luggage, packages, walkers, wheelchairs, and personal belongings as needed
- safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles
- operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- maintain valet ticketing procedures and key control processes
- verify vehicle claim receipts before returning vehicles
- provide directions and answer questions regarding community services
- monitor parking areas and traffic flow to ensure safety and efficiency
- report accidents, vehicle damage, security concerns, and unsafe conditions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of valet areas, parking locations, and community entrance
- follow all community safety and hospitality standards
- deliver an exceptional luxury customer service experience during every interaction
