The Valet Driver position at Stratton Amenities is a pivotal role focused on supporting a luxury residential high-rise community in Plano. This role is designed to ensure a polished and seamless arrival and departure experience for residents and their guests. The position is available on both full-time and part-time bases, offering flexibility for candidates. The compensation structure includes an hourly wage complemented by tips, reflecting the service-oriented nature of the job and rewarding excellent performance and customer interaction. The Valet Driver will serve as the face of the residential community, requiring excellent interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and a dedication to hospitality excellence. Key responsibilities include greeting residents and guests promptly and courteously, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, managing traffic flow efficiently in the valet area, and maintaining an organized and clean working environment. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of valet experience required

Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests promptly with a professional, welcoming demeanor
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
- Open doors, assist with belongings, and maintain a strong first and last impression
- Manage traffic flow in the drive and maintain an organized valet operation
- Issue claim tickets and follow proper vehicle tracking procedures
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections upon receipt and return
- Communicate clearly with team members and management during peak periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet stand and drive area
- Report any incidents, damages, or guest concerns immediately
- Uphold all service standards and property expectations
