The Valet Driver position at HSHS is a critical role within the Support Services department, specifically the Valet team at St. Mary’s Hospital located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This part-time role typically requires 16 hours weekly, scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., two days per week during Monday to Friday. The role offers a pay range between $16.00 and $21.60 per hour, with compensation determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
The Valet Driver ensures the safe operation, parking, and retrieval of patient and visitor vehicles and golf carts. In addition, the role provides essential assistance with wayfinding and directions for guests, positioning the valet as one of the first and last points of contact for visitors and patients entering the facility. Exceptional customer service is a fundamental responsibility, as the position directly impacts visitors’ and patients’ first impressions of St. Mary’s Hospital. The role requires professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude to contribute toward a welcoming and supportive hospital environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
- One year of motor vehicle operation experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work part-time schedule of 16 hours per week
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
