The company operates in various environments such as healthcare facilities, hotels, and event venues, providing premium parking and hospitality services that ease the experiences of guests and clients alike. Towne Park fosters a work culture grounded in teamwork, respect, and service excellence, offering employees a rewarding and fulfilling career path where they can make a real difference.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and providing high-quality hospitality services. This position requires attentiveness, friendliness, and efficiency in assisting guests with parking, vehicle retrieval, and luggage management. The Guest Service Associate plays a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that guests feel welcomed, valued, and well-supported throughout their visit. This role includes operating vehicles safely to park and retrieve guest cars, assisting with luggage, and attending to guest inquiries with professionalism and care.

Seasonal and temporary employees typically are not eligible for these benefits.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors for extended periods, sometimes in extreme weather conditions, while performing duties such as lifting, walking, standing, and occasionally running. Safety, accuracy, and customer service excellence are crucial, as is the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests, colleagues, and management. Towne Park provides reasonable accommodations to support individuals with disabilities in performing all essential functions.

This is a position well-suited to candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, possessing a valid driver’s license, and demonstrating at least one month of related experience or comparable education and experience. Successful candidates will have a foundational understanding of customer service principles, be able to operate manual transmissions and perform parallel parking, and have strong communication, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
