The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and providing high-quality hospitality services. This role includes operating vehicles safely to park and retrieve guest cars, assisting with luggage, and attending to guest inquiries with professionalism and care.

Towne Park offers a competitive hourly wage of $15 to $17 plus daily cash tips for this position, alongside a schedule that primarily involves evening shifts and weekend availability. Employees in this role are eligible to enroll in a range of benefits, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility criteria based on employment classification, tenure, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary employees typically are not eligible for these benefits.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors for extended periods, sometimes in extreme weather conditions, while performing duties such as lifting, walking, standing, and occasionally running. Safety, accuracy, and customer service excellence are crucial, as is the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests, colleagues, and management.
