Job Duties
- Pick up guest's vehicles from their home or work and return them to the dealership for service
- Return guests' vehicles when service work is complete
- Drive guests to their home or work while their vehicles are being serviced
- Practice safe and law-abiding driving
- Maintain a timely route and communicate if issues arise
- Keep records of trips and passenger pick up and drop off points
- Open and close loaner and rental agreements on an iPhone or iPad
- Track, deliver, and get signatures on service repair order documents
