The Service Valet Driver role at Bergstrom Lexus of Madison is essential in providing exceptional guest service by ensuring a seamless and comfortable vehicle servicing experience. The position involves picking up guests' vehicles from their home or work locations and delivering them back to the dealership for service. Once the service is completed, the driver returns the vehicles safely to the guests while also personally chauffeuring clients to their destinations while their vehicles are being serviced. The Service Valet Driver is also responsible for maintaining detailed records of all trips, including passenger pick-up and drop-off points, and managing important documents such as loaner and rental agreements using mobile technology on devices like iPhones and iPads. Accuracy in handling service repair order documents and securing signatures is vital. This position operates Monday through Friday within the hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, offering starting pay at $12.50 per hour depending on experience.

Ideal candidates for this role are those with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, who possess excellent driving skills and are comfortable utilizing technology on mobile devices. A positive and upbeat personality combined with active listening skills and strong communication abilities are crucial to delivering a superior guest experience. Candidates should also demonstrate a willingness to assist in various dealership areas and have the interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with both team members and guests.

Working at Bergstrom Lexus of Madison means being part of a respected organization that values its employees and offers comprehensive benefits. Full-time team members enjoy medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance, along with two weeks of paid time off upon hire. Additional benefits include vehicle, service, and parts discounts, a 401(k) plan with a company match, paid holidays, wellness programs, access to a free team member clinic, health coaching, an employee assistance program, and a rewarding employee referral program. The company also invests in training and provides opportunities for career advancement, supporting individual and professional growth. At Bergstrom, you join a company that not only excels in automotive retail but also contributes generously to community causes such as Make-a-Wish, United Way, and Breast Cancer Research at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
