Job Description

HVMG, a leading hospitality management company, is renowned for its commitment to creating a culture of excellence across its nationwide portfolio of hotels. With a strong belief that successful career paths in the hotel industry can start anywhere on the organizational chart, HVMG fosters an environment where employees have control over their career growth and opportunities. This inclusive and dynamic company culture encourages team members to aspire to leadership roles, demonstrating that with dedication and hard work, growth from entry-level positions to senior executive roles is possible. The company is deeply invested in the professional and personal development of its associates and is widely respected for walking the talk—delivering on promises from the corporate office down to the field staff. The culture promotes flexibility, inclusivity, and a strong support system to help employees thrive in their roles.

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Shuttle Driver to join our team. This position is crucial in ensuring that guests are transported safely and promptly between designated locations, including the hotel and nearby airports, attractions, and transportation hubs. The Shuttle Driver will uphold HVMG’s high standards of customer service by maintaining professionalism, assisting guests with their luggage, and keeping the shuttle vehicle clean and safe at all times. This role requires a dependable individual with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, paired with a warm and service-oriented demeanor. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with guests, has excellent communication skills, and values punctuality and safety.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will drive the shuttle following established routes and schedules, assist guests courteously to and from the vehicle, handle guest luggage with care, and perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations. The position reports directly to the Front Office Manager or Hotel Operations Manager, working collaboratively to optimize the guest experience. Beyond these duties, this role offers a great opportunity to learn the operational aspects of the hotel business, making it an excellent career choice for individuals seeking growth in hospitality or associated fields. The flexible schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring adaptability but providing a rewarding work environment where you can leave work behind at the end of each shift.

HVMG emphasizes a strong culture where associates feel valued, supported, and empowered with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement. This makes the Shuttle Driver role not just a job but a stepping stone to a rewarding career in the hospitality industry, supported by a company dedicated to employee well-being and success.
