Job Duties
- Pick-up guest vehicles from their home or work and return them to the dealership for service
- Return vehicles to guests when service work is complete
- Drive guests to their home or work while their vehicles are being serviced
- Be a safe and law-abiding driver
- Keep a timely route and communicate if issues arise
- Keep records of trips and passenger pick-up and drop-off points
- Open and close loaner or rental agreements on mobile devices
- Deliver and obtain signatures on service repair order documents
