Job Duties

  • Interact effectively with the public and team members
  • perform excellent customer service at all times
  • assist customers promptly and courteously in valet check-in and checkout
  • meet established time standards for parking and retrieval of guest vehicles
  • run (never walk) for all pick-ups from the valet lot in accordance with safety guidelines
  • park vehicles in designated areas and accurately record the location onto valet receipts
  • communicate effectively with the Lead Valet Attendant
  • promptly clear valet drop-off area of cars to be parked
  • maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance wearing designated uniform
  • ensure maximum level of customer service and satisfaction
  • ensure accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports
  • maintain working knowledge of company facilities and special events to advise customers and team members
  • drive shuttle van and shuttle without exceeding passenger limits
  • assist if needed at Bell Desk
  • maintain consistent and regular attendance
  • comply with reasonable management requests
