Job Duties
- Interact effectively with the public and team members
- perform excellent customer service at all times
- assist customers promptly and courteously in valet check-in and checkout
- meet established time standards for parking and retrieval of guest vehicles
- run (never walk) for all pick-ups from the valet lot in accordance with safety guidelines
- park vehicles in designated areas and accurately record the location onto valet receipts
- communicate effectively with the Lead Valet Attendant
- promptly clear valet drop-off area of cars to be parked
- maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance wearing designated uniform
- ensure maximum level of customer service and satisfaction
- ensure accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports
- maintain working knowledge of company facilities and special events to advise customers and team members
- drive shuttle van and shuttle without exceeding passenger limits
- assist if needed at Bell Desk
- maintain consistent and regular attendance
- comply with reasonable management requests
