This role involves providing professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services, including coordinating traffic flow, monitoring parking, assisting guests with vehicle loading and unloading, and operating vehicles safely in compliance with all traffic laws and facility policies. Valets play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by communicating procedures effectively, managing payments, and ensuring the parking environment remains safe and orderly. Working outdoors in various climates, this position requires a responsible and attentive individual capable of managing tip pools, handling revenue reconciliation, and maintaining a clean work area.
