Job Duties
- process forms of payment for goods and services including room charges, credit card and cash
- act as the first and final point of contact for valet service experience
- ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and professional service
- coordinate and communicate with the valet team to manage vehicle arrival and departure
- maintain organization and accuracy in transaction processing
- handle guest inquiries and provide assistance related to valet services
- adhere to Hyatt standards and policies in all valet operations
