Job Requirements

  • reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • process forms of payment for goods and services including room charges, credit card and cash
  • act as the first and final point of contact for valet service experience
  • ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and professional service
  • coordinate and communicate with the valet team to manage vehicle arrival and departure
  • maintain organization and accuracy in transaction processing
  • handle guest inquiries and provide assistance related to valet services
  • adhere to Hyatt standards and policies in all valet operations
