Job Duties
- Greet each guest with friendly customer service during arrivals and departures and offer your help when needed
- Facilitate daily cashiering functions
- Collect the parking fee and call for the vehicle to be returned to the customer in a hospitable environment with prompt and courteous guest service
- Ensure that the outlet is kept clean and maintain organized records of transactions and tickets
- Secure customer keys and assist guests with vehicles during departure
- Process final payments efficiently and accurately
- Support valet team to provide exceptional guest experiences
