The Valet Captain’s duties extend to managing traffic flow, ensuring vehicle safety, coaching staff for optimal performance, and coordinating efforts across departments, including concierge, security, and facilities.

Candidates for this position must possess a Florida driver’s license with a spotless driving record and demonstrate confidence in handling a diverse range of high-end vehicles, including exotic models. The role requires strong logistical abilities, calm composure during peak operational periods, and effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and resolve tenant concerns swiftly and professionally. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $18.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package comprising health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and employee assistance programs.
