The dealership has built a solid reputation for delivering reliable vehicles and fostering a positive buying experience through its friendly and knowledgeable sales team. The company focuses on maintaining a fun, positive, healthy, and ethical workplace where employees feel supported, respected, and empowered to deliver their best work. Gladstone Mitsubishi values teamwork and professionalism, creating an environment where employees can thrive and grow their careers.

Gladstone Mitsubishi is currently seeking a friendly, reliable Valet / Dealership Lot Attendant to join their Sales Team. This full-time position offers a competitive wage of $20 per hour with a consistent schedule of five days on and two days off, allowing employees to have a balanced work-life routine. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and prefer a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. The Valet / Dealership Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in creating a great first impression for customers by ensuring that the dealership lot, showroom, and vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customer viewing and test drives.

This role involves responsibilities such as washing vehicles, cleaning windows and door jambs, keeping the lot free of debris, and ensuring customer areas like lounges and restrooms are well-maintained. Additionally, the attendant will assist with moving and positioning vehicles as directed by the sales or management team, coordinating with external vendors for detailing or photography, and running errands as needed. Adherence to safety protocols is essential in this role. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities but offers plenty of opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the dealership.

Gladstone Mitsubishi also provides a safe, clean, and professional work environment that encourages learning and growth. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after 30 days, 401k options after 90 days, paid holidays and vacation, employee assistance programs, career development coaching, and employee discounts on parts, services, and vehicles. The company is dedicated to fostering a positive culture emphasizing employee empowerment, community, recognition, and respect.

Gladstone Mitsubishi operates with a strong commitment to equal opportunity employment and maintains rigorous pre-employment screening which includes a background check and drug test.
