Now, CAG is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Valet to join its dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for excellent customer service, safety, and attention to detail. The Valet role at CAG revolves around managing the parking and retrieval of client vehicles with efficiency and courtesy. Valets must possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and maintain a professional appearance at all times. They are tasked with greeting clients warmly, assisting with entering and exiting vehicles, and ensuring every client interaction enhances loyalty through outstanding service.

The position demands physical stamina; valets must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, walk, and stand for extended periods while working in varying weather conditions. Responsibilities include pre-washing cars, driving through car washes, parking and retrieving vehicles promptly, practicing safe driving skills, and maintaining the cleanliness of the valet area. Safety compliance, adherence to corporate policies, and immediate reporting of incidents to supervisors are critical aspects of the position.

The position requires a strong team player who can multitask, work independently without supervision, and show a keen eye for detail. Valets need to be available for a broad range of tasks and must meet grooming standards by wearing the proper uniform attire. This full-time role features a varied schedule from 7am to 7pm on weekdays, 8am to 6pm on Saturdays, and 8am to 2pm on Sundays, with two days off during the week.

CAG also places high importance on candidate background checks including drug testing, criminal background verification, and driving record submission. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license held for at least one year, and have reliable transportation to and from work. Previous customer service experience is considered beneficial.
