Shift hours for the Guest Service Associate are typically scheduled between 7 am to 5 pm from Monday through Friday, offering a predictable weekday work schedule. Compensation for this role is competitive with a base hourly wage ranging from $15 to $17 depending on experience, skills, and location. Towne Park provides benefits to eligible employees, including accident insurance, critical illness coverage, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan. Seasonal and temporary workers, however, are not eligible for these benefits.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license for the working state or within commuting distance
- Minimum of one month related experience or training or equivalent
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to communicate with guests and team members effectively
- Physical capability to handle luggage and perform parking duties
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is a plus
- Ability to perform safe driving and parking operations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work or within a commutable distance
- One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform mathematical operations using units of American money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Use guest last names during interactions
- Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
- Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed
- Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries
- Provide guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms and/or amenities of the facility as well as main attractions in the area
- Deliver messages, items and/or guest amenities as requested
- Shuttle guests to appropriate places approved by the location
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival
- Issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collecting claim checks from guests prior to issuing keys
- Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, location of vehicle, damage survey and claim check receipt for all vehicles
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
