Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work flexible schedule
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to run and be physically active
Ability to follow safety and uniform standards

Job Qualifications

At least one year of customer service experience
Exceptional communication skills
Positive and upbeat personality
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to provide fast and friendly service

Job Duties

Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds
Provide professional, fast, fun and friendly service
Park and retrieve vehicles
Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff and co-workers
Practice AAA Basics and immediately secure all keys
Adhere to all AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards
Ensure all guest's valet experiences are memorable and unique
