Job Requirements
- Education high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of customer service experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to maintain a professional appearance as per uniform standards
- ability to follow safety and security protocols
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience
- exceptional communication skills
- positive and upbeat attitude
- ability to work outdoors
- physical capability to run and handle vehicles safely
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds
- provide professional, fast, fun and friendly service
- park and retrieve vehicles
- maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff and co-workers
- practice AAA Basics
- immediately secure all keys
- adhere to all AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards
- ensure all guest’s valet experiences are memorable and unique
- run fast to retrieve cars
- drive slow when presenting cars
