Being outdoors and managing guest vehicles safely during varying weather conditions and under exposure to car exhaust fumes is part of the job, therefore physical stamina and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential.
Ideal candidates for this role have at least one year of experience in customer service, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude. Enthusiasm for providing service and working closely with guests is mandatory, along with a willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the hotel's busy periods and guest demands. The associate must be quick on their feet, literally, running fast to retrieve vehicles yet driving carefully when delivering cars back to guests. Practicing the AAA Basics, including securing all keys immediately and following safety protocols, is a requirement, ensuring guest safety and vehicle security at all times.
