As a key representative of the hotel, this position requires a highly enthusiastic and personable individual who can deliver aggressive hospitality—meaning proactive, engaging, and dynamic service that goes beyond traditional expectations. Valet and Guest Service Associates greet guests promptly within 30 seconds of arrival, assist with the parking and retrieval of vehicles, open doors, and provide guests with information and directions to ensure their stay is seamless and enjoyable.

This role demands excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to speak with guests in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining a positive and upbeat demeanor. Since this position frequently involves working outdoors and being exposed to varying weather conditions and car exhaust fumes, candidates must be comfortable performing physical tasks outside. The job also requires adhering to strict standards for uniform and appearance as part of representing the AAA Parking brand.

Applicants should have a minimum of one year of customer service experience, be willing to work a flexible schedule, and possess a fast, efficient work style that balances safety with responsiveness. Valet/Guest Service Associates will be expected to practice key safety and operational protocols, such as immediately securing all vehicle keys, ensuring the quick retrieval of cars while maintaining controlled driving speeds when presenting vehicles to guests, and delivering a memorable and unique valet experience that reinforces the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
