Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- customer service experience preferred
- customer service attitude and willing, helpful demeanor mandatory
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- pass and maintain clean background check
- ability to provide exceptional guest service through professional communication and active listening
- ability to follow company policies and adapt to changing environments
- dependable with strong safety awareness
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and reporting tips accurately
- keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
- handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service while supporting colleagues and fostering a positive team environment
- maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, arrive on time in uniform and properly groomed
- perform other tasks to support company operations, attend staff meetings, and complete training modules on time
