Our current openings for Valet Attendant positions come with an attractive compensation package offering $25.00 to $30.00 an hour plus tips, and a premium schedule focused on Friday through Sunday weekend hours. Valet Attendants play a critical role as they are the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for the guest experience. This role demands a friendly and professional demeanor, providing warm greetings with a smile while assisting guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles safely and efficiently. Beyond these duties, Valet Attendants assist with guest directions and anticipate their needs, ensuring an exceptional and seamless customer service experience.

Valet Attendants are expected to maintain a positive teamwork mindset, excellent communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance to represent the company's high standards. Candidates must have a strong driving record with at least three years of continuous driver's license experience, free from major violations and drug or alcohol-related infractions. The job requires physical stamina including the ability to walk, stand, jog for an eight-hour shift, tolerate inclement weather, and manage lifting and carrying moderate weights. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are preferred but not mandatory.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • 3 years continuous driving license experience with no major violations
  • No alcohol or drug-related violations within 3 years
  • Ability to walk, stand, and jog for 8-hour shifts
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest
  • Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle eligibility
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Positive teamwork mindset and great communication skills
