Their operations span various industries such as luxury hotels, resorts, healthcare facilities, and event venues, positioning PMC as an integral part of the hospitality industry experience. Committed to excellence and a guest-first approach, PMC ensures that every interaction reflects seamless, high-touch service, acting as an extension of their partners' hospitality offerings. Their dedication to quality and professionalism fosters lasting relationships with clients and guests alike, making PMC a preferred name in parking management and guest service solutions.
The role of Hospitality Valet Attendant within PMC is pivotal to maintaining the company’s prestigious reputation. Catering primarily to luxury hotels, resorts, and special events, this position offers individuals the opportunity to represent the brand at the guest’s first and final points of contact during their visit. Valet Attendants play an essential role in shaping the overall guest experience by providing courteous, efficient, and safe valet services with unwavering attention to detail and professionalism. This role demands a warm and approachable demeanor combined with confident and prompt vehicle handling skills.
As a member of PMC’s valet parking operations team, attendants are responsible for creating an inviting and memorable experience for every guest. This includes greeting guests with energy and professionalism, carefully inspecting and handling customer vehicles, and managing traffic flow in a manner that prioritizes safety and efficiency. Given the dynamic nature of hospitality environments, valet attendants must be adaptable, maintaining composure and providing exceptional customer service even during peak hours or special events.
PMC offers flexible employment options, including full-time and part-time schedules, with competitive hourly wages that average between $13.00 and $20.00 per hour when combining base pay and tips. The compensation structure rewards service performance and customer interactions, encouraging employees to deliver high-quality experiences consistently. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401K savings plans, bonus opportunities, paid time off, tuition assistance, and career development programs.
The position requires dependable individuals with a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with customer service experience strongly valued to ensure the delivery of top-tier hospitality. Valet Attendants must be physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Uniform standards, grooming policies, and a commitment to safety guide daily operations.
PMC fosters an inclusive, equal opportunity work environment embracing diversity and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Employees are expected to adhere strictly to company policies, safety guidelines, and attendance requirements while collaborating as part of a dedicated team focused on operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Through continuous training, communication, and support, PMC cultivates valued careers in the hospitality parking services sector. This role suits individuals who enjoy dynamic, active work, engaging with people, and contributing positively to the guest journey at some of the nation's most esteemed hospitality venues.
