Job Description
Towne Park is a renowned hospitality services company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences that create smiles for millions of patients, visitors, and guests they serve daily. Known for its commitment to compassionate and friendly service, Towne Park prides itself on the positive impact it has on every customer interaction, from easing the anxiety of patients and families in medical settings to offering memorable experiences for visitors in new cities. This established company offers a work environment where employees are valued not just for the tasks they perform but for the difference they make in the lives of others. Towne Park’s reputation as a leader in hospitality is built on the foundation of respectful, attentive, and professional service, making it a rewarding place for those looking to make a meaningful impact with their careers.
The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is a dynamic and highly interactive position that plays a vital role in maintaining the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services to guests, ensuring their experience from arrival to departure is smooth and enjoyable. The Guest Service Associate’s duties include parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting with luggage during arrivals and departures, and offering support with directions, reservations, and other guest inquiries. This position demands a warm, professional demeanor coupled with a strong attention to detail, especially in handling parking procedures and cash transactions.
With an hourly base pay range of $22.50 plus tips and an additional $1 shift differential for overnight work, this role offers competitive compensation that reflects the skills and experience required. The work schedule encompasses shifts Monday through Sunday, requiring flexibility and commitment. Employees in this role are eligible to enroll in a variety of benefits, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and participation in a 401k retirement plan, providing a comprehensive package that supports both health and financial security. It is important to note that seasonal and temporary roles do not offer eligibility for these benefits.
The position demands physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor conditions throughout the shift, including exposure to extreme weather. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license appropriate to the working location and demonstrate proficiency in safe vehicle handling, including parallel parking and the operation of manual transmissions—a highly desirable skill. The role requires strong communication skills, basic math capabilities for handling transactions, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where safety and courteous service go hand in hand.
Working at Towne Park as a Guest Service Associate is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that values making positive, lasting impressions on guests every day. It offers a chance to develop one’s skills in hospitality and customer service while contributing to a company that prioritizes kindness, professionalism, and care in all interactions. For those passionate about working in hospitality and making a difference, this position provides the ideal platform to thrive and grow.
