The position currently open is for full-time Valet Team Members who will play a critical role in enhancing the visitor and patient experience at a local hospital. This role requires individuals to be detail-oriented, energetic, and compassionate, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. The Valet Team Members are expected to reliably perform their duties in a manner that aligns with Encore Service Group's commitment to excellence in hospitality within healthcare. Working full-time from Monday to Friday with some weekend shifts, employees will benefit from a competitive wage starting at $15 plus tips and will work in shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
In this role, team members greet patients, guests, and hospital staff with warm professionalism, ensuring a courteous and efficient valet service. They are responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving vehicles in a safe manner while maintaining a polished and professional appearance in accordance with Encore's uniform policy. The role requires physical stamina, as employees must be able to walk, run, and stand throughout their shifts under all weather conditions. Employees must possess a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, and successfully clear background checks and drug screenings.

Job Requirements
- Must be responsible, reliable and punctual
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to walk, run and stand throughout the shift
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- Background in hospitality preferred but not required
- Great communication skills

Job Duties
- Report to work on time for all scheduled shifts ready to work
- Greet all patients, guests and hospital staff in a friendly and courteous manner and address them by name whenever possible
- Adhere to Encore Service Group uniform policy and maintain a well kempt and professional appearance
- Wear badge at all times
- Drive, park and retrieve guests cars in a safe and courteous manner
- Ensure customers are receiving timely service
- Wash the windshield on each car parked
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times regardless of the situation
- Open doors and provide any assistance needed
- Actively seek opportunities to exceed expectations
