Job Description

Parking Management Company (PMC) is a nationally recognized leader specializing in hospitality-focused parking services. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, PMC operates across a diverse set of industries including luxury hotels, resorts, healthcare facilities, event venues, and corporate settings. The company has built its reputation on delivering valet and self-parking management, shuttle services, event parking, and porter/bell services with a steadfast commitment to excellence and a guest-first mindset. PMC’s wide range of parking management solutions ensures an exceptional and seamless experience for both partners and guests, consistently extending the highest standards of hospitality beyond traditional expectations.

PMC’s workforce embodies the philosophy of hospitality by treating every interaction as a chance to enhance the guest experience. As an industry innovator, PMC emphasizes the importance of professionalism, safety, and guest satisfaction in all of its operations, striving to serve as an extension of the hospitality experience, rather than just a service provider. PMC’s presence in the market reflects a strong dedication to creating inviting and memorable experiences, whether through efficient vehicle handling or courteous interaction that leaves a lasting impression. Prospective employees can expect to be supported by comprehensive training, opportunities for growth, and a workplace culture that values team collaboration and individual contribution.

The role of Hospitality Valet Attendant at PMC involves more than simple parking duties; it requires someone who acts as the first point of contact and the last friendly face guests see. This position is pivotal in setting the tone for guest experiences at luxury hotels, resorts, and high-profile events. Valet attendants are responsible for the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, ensuring full compliance with company safety protocols, meticulous vehicle inspections, and thorough documentation to protect the interests of guests and the organization alike. This full-time or part-time role offers competitive pay ranging from $13.00 to $20.00+ per hour, inclusive of tips earned through outstanding service and positive customer interactions, with rates that vary by market.

A successful valet attendant at PMC must demonstrate an energetic and polished presence while working outdoors in fast-paced, guest-centric environments. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly, as well as adaptability to varying weather conditions and shift schedules, is essential. Additionally, valet attendants are expected to maintain a professional appearance, adhere to uniform standards, and manage responsibilities such as traffic flow, guest inquiries, and valet area upkeep. The company values dependability, communication skills, safety awareness, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace. The role also encourages teamwork while emphasizing individual accountability for delivering impeccable service that aligns with PMC’s high standards.

PMC’s commitment to employee well-being includes a comprehensive benefits package available upon eligibility, featuring medical, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, critical illness supplemental coverage, tuition assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Employees also benefit from bonus opportunities, leadership development programs, and access to nationwide discount programs. PMC fosters an inclusive and supportive environment that complies with equal employment opportunity laws, promotes pay transparency, and provides reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The valet attendant position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, with eligibility for overtime pay as applicable.

In summary, working as a Hospitality Valet Attendant at PMC offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of a national leader in parking management while contributing directly to memorable guest experiences in some of the most prestigious hospitality environments. This role promises personal growth, competitive compensation, and a supportive, dynamic work atmosphere committed to both excellent service and professional development.
