- High school diploma or GED
- customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with max three moving violations in three years
- pass and maintain clean background check
- ability to stand, walk, and lift 50 pounds
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays

- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- pass and maintain clean background check
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work outdoors and in varied weather conditions
- physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- professionalism in appearance and conduct
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to key handling procedures
- follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and accurately reporting tips
- keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
- handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
- maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards
- perform other tasks to support operational goals, attend staff meetings, and complete training modules on time
