The company fosters a supportive work environment where employees are empowered to contribute positively to the guest experience by offering compassionate, friendly, and efficient service. With a focus on both guest satisfaction and employee growth, Towne Park offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a chance to be part of an organization that values the difference each team member can make.
The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is a vital customer-facing position within the hospitality services sector. This role centers around providing outstanding hospitality and efficient valet parking services while ensuring guests feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles safely, assisting with luggage, and enhancing the overall guest experience through courteous and professional interactions. The position typically operates on a Friday through Sunday schedule and offers hourly wages ranging from $19.18 to $19.50 per hour, including tips, with an added $2.21 shift differential for overnight shifts.
The Guest Service Associate acts as the face of Towne Park at their location, greeting guests promptly and using their last names to foster personalized service. Responsibilities include explaining parking rates, handling vehicle keys and claim checks accurately, and responding to guest inquiries about local amenities and services. The role requires a patient and attentive demeanor to ease guest anxieties and create a memorable experience through simple but impactful interactions. Employees in this role enjoy working in an environment that acknowledges their contributions and supports their professional development.
Towne Park not only values excellent service but also ensures safety and adherence to established procedures. The Guest Service Associate must perform their duties with caution, especially when driving vehicles and assisting guests with bell services and luggage management. Physical demands such as being outdoors for extended periods, lifting moderately heavy objects, and walking or standing for long durations are integral to this job. Towne Park provides reasonable accommodations to enable those with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Employees are eligible for various benefits, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan, contingent upon job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary employees are not eligible for these benefits. This combination of competitive pay, meaningful work, and comprehensive benefits makes the Guest Service Associate role an excellent opportunity for those seeking a rewarding career in hospitality services with a reputable company.
