Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- ability to work full-time or part-time schedules
- physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
- adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- customer service experience preferred
- customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- professionalism in communication and appearance
- ability to work in fast-paced, active environments
- ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
- keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
- handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, ensure high-quality service
- maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
- perform other tasks as needed to support the company’s operational goals, attend required staff meetings and complete all assigned training modules on time
