Towne Park is currently seeking a Guest Service Associate to join their dynamic team. This is a part-time opportunity offering an hourly wage of $25 plus tips, with a work schedule from 9am to 2pm and 3pm to 8pm, Monday through Friday. In this role, the Guest Service Associate acts as the face of Towne Park’s hospitality services, responsible for ensuring guests receive attentive, warm, and professional treatment throughout their visit. Duties include parking and retrieving vehicles safely, providing luggage assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, guiding guests, and facilitating their overall experience. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the company's reputation for superior guest service by demonstrating courteous communication, careful attention to detail, and quick responsiveness.

The Guest Service Associate must be capable of operating manual transmissions and performing tasks such as parallel parking, handling vehicle keys securely, and maintaining accurate ticketing information. Employees assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and provide information about amenities and local attractions. They may be required to shuttle guests and manage billing for parking services.
