At Towne Park, the team’s focus on making a positive difference fuels the company’s ongoing success and growth in the hospitality industry.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is an essential position that directly contributes to the company’s mission by providing top-notch hospitality services. This role primarily involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly while offering assistance with luggage and other guest needs. The associate acts as the face of the company, maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor while greeting guests and assisting with their inquiries. A crucial part of the position includes explaining parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests, issuing claim checks, and ensuring all vehicle-related documentation is accurately maintained. The work schedule for this position is the evening PM shift, from Monday through Sunday, with an hourly base pay starting at $17.50, plus tips and a $1 shift differential for overnight hours. Employees in this role become eligible for various benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and participation in the company’s 401k retirement plan, based on employment classification, hours worked, and length of service.

This position requires physical stamina as the majority of work is performed outdoors, sometimes in extreme weather conditions, and involves lifting weights and performing physically demanding tasks such as running, walking, climbing stairs, and handling guest luggage. Towne Park values individuals who can demonstrate care and attention to detail in their service, have a valid driver’s license, and possess strong customer service skills. By joining Towne Park as a Guest Service Associate, individuals have the opportunity to be part of a supportive team, develop their hospitality expertise, and make a tangible difference in guests’ experiences every day.
