The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is crucial in maintaining the company’s standards of hospitality and customer care. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with guests and who perform their duties with attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, providing directions and information about the facility and its amenities, and ensuring that all guest interactions are handled with courtesy and respect. The position offers opportunities to enroll in multiple benefit programs, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k retirement plan, though eligibility depends on job classification and hours worked. Towne Park prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued for their contributions and have the chance to grow professionally.

The Guest Service Associate is entrusted with responsibilities that affect the smooth operation of the valet services and guest reception area. This includes ensuring the accuracy and security of vehicle claims, maintaining professionalism in guest interactions, supporting the hospitality team with bell services, and executing parking tasks with utmost attention to safety protocols. The company expects associates to uphold its values through consistent performance and a genuine dedication to service excellence. This role is an excellent fit for a motivated individual seeking to develop their hospitality skills, work in a dynamic team setting, and contribute to a company that values customer satisfaction and employee well-being.
